• Authorized contact information (name, role, email, phone)
• Production, capacity, certification and reference information
• Portal usage records, session and technical log information
• Messages submitted via the contact form
• Buyer requirement/RFQ data: company information, authorized contact, project country, scope, tonnage, technical requirements, commercial notes, uploaded files and drawings
• Confidentiality level, buyer approvals, acceptance timestamp, accepting email, IP address, user agent, uploaded file metadata, file access logs and supplier access logs

• Operating the portal services and account management
• Supplier pre-evaluation and matching with buyer requests
• Fulfilling contract, invoicing and regulatory obligations
• User support requests and communication management
• Improving service quality and security auditing
• Project review, supplier sourcing, technical/commercial matching, shortlist preparation, quotation coordination and portal operations
• Keeping access logs for audit and security purposes

3. Card and Payment Information

Card information is not viewed, processed or stored by Impera Europe. All payment transactions are handled through the iyzico secure payment infrastructure. No card data is transferred to us other than the minimum information required for payment confirmation, transaction reference and invoicing.

4. Sharing With Third Parties

User information is not shared with third parties except for legal obligations, official authority requests and service providers strictly necessary to operate the service (payment infrastructure, email infrastructure, hosting). Service providers may only access data within their own service scope and under their own contractual obligations.

Selected project information may be shared with shortlisted suppliers under controlled access and confidentiality obligations, only for the purposes of quotation preparation, technical evaluation or supplier qualification.

5. Data Security

Portal traffic is transmitted using SSL/TLS encryption. Access is limited through role-based authorization controls and database-level security policies. Supplier company information and documents are not shared directly with buyers without Impera Europe's approval.

7. Buyer Project and RFQ Data

Buyer requirement/RFQ data may include company information, authorized contact, project country, scope, tonnage, technical requirements, commercial notes, uploaded files and drawings.

Impera Europe processes this data for project review, supplier sourcing, technical/commercial matching, shortlist preparation, quotation coordination and portal operations.

Project files and buyer information are not published openly. Selected project information may be shared with shortlisted suppliers under controlled access and confidentiality obligations.

For audit and security purposes the system may store confidentiality level, buyer approvals, acceptance timestamp, accepting email, IP address, user agent, uploaded file metadata, file access logs and supplier access logs.

Card/payment data is processed, where applicable, through the iyzico secure payment infrastructure; Impera Europe does not view or store full card information.
